How to upload image attachments for the quiz

In this portion of the course the prompt asks me to upload the pictures provided. However, when I drag and drop into the web browser this does not work. There is also no workshop button I can complete the quiz in. Thank you.

In this case, you don't need to attach or upload the images, but just to insert the code for them within the list items.
