HREF anchor not working right

<a href="#top">Go back to the top of the page. </a> This looks to be right but isn’t working. Did this like 30 times

Well Nathan, there is nothing wrong with the code. Everytime you press the link it works, But you don't have enough content so you could see the effects of href="#top" when you click the link....

advice add some dummy content enough to add a scroll in your index.html and then check.
