14,041 PointsHTML course is lacking the HTML5 elements
Is there any course that explains the new elements (Like Canvas, SVG, video)?
And also other HTML5 features.
Thanks, Oron

14,041 PointsHey Stu! Thanks for answering me so quickly!
So the CSS deep dive should cover up those areas? or is there another course i'm missing?

14,041 PointsHey Guys, Thanks for the beautiful references and recommendations, i'm pretty familiar with devdocs and w3schools and believe me, google is my best friend,
But, I joined Treehouse, to learn HTML5 in Treehouse learning format, if I just learn everything from other tutorials that are spreaded over the net, why come to Treehouse in the first place?

39,199 PointsThe best introduction I've seen is Tut's Plus blog series HTML5 and you.
There are advanced parts of HTML5 that aren't covered in much depth in that series such as Canvas, SVG, geolocation & Local Storage for those I'd recommend you check lynda.com's Intermidiate HTML videos it's the best source on the web I've seen for covering those topics.

These elements are eventually covered in later deep-dive videos. The HTML course is for absolute beginners. I'd recommend doing the CSS deep dive.

2,403 PointsThey haven't covered HTML5 yet. If you want some info on HTML5 you can go here http://www.w3schools.com/html/html5_intro.asp To markup videos, images, and products start here http://schema.org/ To check your mark-up use this site (which I found form treehouse and I am thankful) http://validator.w3.org/ That should get you started, you also have google and bing that has helpful tools

39,199 PointsAs w3schools has some issues with credibility so I usually suggest these instead:
