Written <body></body> like it said but it is still saying I have done it wrong

  <header>

  </header>
  <body></body>

</html>

You're so close. I believe you just mixed up <header> tag with the <head> tag.

The header tag belongs inside the body tag/element as a child.

The head tag is where you place document title, character set, styles, links etc.

<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>

<head>

 </head>

<body>

</body>

</html>
