I am getting the answer expected the count to be 14....

SELECT COUNT(status) AS ordered_yesterday_and_shipped FROM orders WHERE status = 'shipped' AND ordered_on = DATE("now", "- 1 day");

You have an extra space between - and 1 in "- 1 day".
