HTML How to Make a Website HTML First Use HTML Elements

I am having trouble adding the head and body tags

I am on Challenge task 3 of 6. I previously got to 6 of 6 before I got stuck, so I know I can do this correctly. It says add the head and body tags. I entered

<head></head>
<body></body>

Nice to hear you are not giving up!! I don't see your code posted to be able to assist. Would you mind editing your post to include your code and utilize the Markdown Cheatsheet guidelines while doing so is very helpful.

Looks like you may have removed the <html> element you created in step two. At this point your code should look like this:

<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
  <head></head>
  <body></body>
</html>

Thanks! I didnt have my head and body in the html.
