first correct this in your index.html id="galley". There is a misstip. Should be id="gallery". But still I do not understand your question. also li elements in navigation has 45% width. It's too large I think try to use some 27-28%.
But please try to describe your problem more.

11,323 PointsI'm not sure if I fork the code right, but the whole layout looks odd to me, so it might be an error on my side. It's not super clear what the problem is, but if its vertical alignment, giving the text the same line-height as the font-size might help. I'm sure you already know, but your index file is spelled with a capitalized 'i'(Index), but you link to a file with a lower case 'i'(index) in your code, so the link is broken.
