I am in a Trial status. Do I have any chance to keep my account and pause it instead to be cancelled?

I would rather pause my account instead cancelling it but I can not because I am in a "Trial" status.

I will be on holidays over this month and I will not be able to practice my coding because I will not have time enough. I wanted to pause my membership account until september but I am a trial status and TREEHOUSE did not let me do it.

Do I have any chance to keep my account and pause it instead to be cancelled?

I actually managed to do exactly what you're asking. However, is the intent to keep your progress so far? I don't think they delete accounts, just disable access. But... I could be wrong.

I sent them an email and they gave me the chance to be "paused" even if I have not an official account yet. So, my problem is solved. Ask them by email if you need something like that, they are going to help you really quickly and effectively. I am so glad about the treehouse service.
