It's good practice to give all your inputs a type. Give all the inputs for both questions the type of "text". Hint: The syntax for giving an input a type is: <input name="food[]" type="text">

14,738 PointsOkay so all your missing from your code is assigning what each input field accepts so in this example it is text this is done like so:-
<input name="food[]" type="text">
If you don't assign an input it can confuse the browser. simply assign the type as text this defines it is a text field hope this helped!
