I am not quite understand the question on this exercise. Can someone have examples on this. Thanks.

I write function as below for this excercise def numbers(count, string): return re.match(r"\d" * count, string)

escapes.py
import re

def first_number(string):
  return re.search(r'\d', string)

def numbers(count, string):
  return re.match(r"\d" * count, string)

This passed for me by using re.search, instead of re.match.

You're pretty much always going to want to use re.search() instead of re.match().
