i am not understanding what the question exactly wants me to do ..... :(

How can i use while loop in goKart.java file? there is no main file here. We used while loop in Example.java where the main file was located.

GoKart.java
public class GoKart {
  public static final int MAX_ENERGY_BARS = 8;
  private String mColor;
  private int mBarsCount;

  public GoKart(String color) {
    mColor = color;
    mBarsCount = 0;
  }

  public String getColor() {
    return mColor;
  }

  public void charge() {
    mBarsCount = MAX_ENERGY_BARS;
  }

  public boolean isBatteryEmpty() {
    return mBarsCount == 0;
  }

  public boolean isFullyCharged() {
    return mBarsCount == MAX_ENERGY_BARS;
  }

}

Looping mechanisms are not restricted to main methods - you can use them just about anywhere.

In this case, per the instructions, they want you to use a while loop in the charge() method so that it will keep increasing mBarsCount until it is fully charged. The new method should look something like this:

public void charge() {
    while(!isFullyCharged()){
      mBarsCount++;
    }
  }
