i am stuck at this

i don't really know how to do this but i will try

in your HTML file, add <script src="shout.js"></script> before the closing </body> tag and this will link your js file to your html...you could also instead put it in your <head> tag section...but IMHO, I like to put it before the </body> tag so the rest of the page will render regardless of if the JS fires off or not.
