PHP PHP Functions Introducing Functions PHP Function Default Arguments

I believe there is a technically incorrect statement in this video at around 5:50

The statement is that if($title) will check that the variable exists and is not null. My understanding is that this will rather test that the variable contains a value that is not false. To check that a variable exists and is not null you would use if(isset($title)).
