var secondsPerMin = 60; var minsPerHour = 60; var hoursPerDay = 24; var daysPerWeek = 7; var weeksPerYear = 52; var secondsPerDay = secondsPerMin * minsPerHour * hoursPerDay; document.write('There are ' + secondsPerDay + ' seconds in a day'); var yearsAlive = 38; var secondsAlive = (secondsPerDay * 365) * yearsAlive; document.write('I've been alive for more than ' + secondsAlive + ' seconds');

243,656 PointsThe interpreter is getting confused by your string on this line (notice how the coloring shifts inside the string):
document.write('I've been alive for more than ' + secondsAlive + ' seconds');
You're using single quotes (apostrophes) to define your strings, but you also have one as part of the string contents.
Either enclose the string with double quotes ("), or escape the apostrophe with a backslash (*\*).
document.write("I've been alive for more than " + secondsAlive + " seconds"); // either this
document.write('I\'ve been alive for more than ' + secondsAlive + ' seconds'); // or this
