10,424 PointsIn Android Studio, once you build and run your project you will see a number of tabs on the lower right and left side. On the lower right, you have the Event Log, the Gradle Console and the Memory Monitor. On the lower left, you will see a number of different tabs, which will change based on what and how you are running the app, and if you are using the debugger or not.
If you are interested in seeing your Logs from your Activity, click on the 6.Android tab. On the left side of the DDMS window you will see a Tab that says Devices | Logcat. Select it. Next, on the Right side you will see a dialog for Log Level, a Search window and a filter drop down box. Here you will want to change to "No Filters" in the drop down box, and on the Log Level tab, choose which Logs you want to see. Verbose, Debug, Info (Log i), Warn, Error (Log e) or Assert.
Play with the different Logs a bit and it will help you get to information you need. Also, research the debugger tools and you will find there is a whole lot of info there for you as well. I hope this helps.
