I didn't understand what "message" I have to send to my handler

I'm on the third task of the challenge, but I don't know how to proceed. The questions says to me create and send a message for my handler, but I don't know with what kind of data I have to fill my message.

Anyone could help me please?

MainActivity.java
public class MainActivity extends Activity {
  Button button;
  TwitterClient twitterClient = new TwitterClient();

  @Override
  public void onCreate(Bundle savedInstanceState) {
    setContentView(R.layout.activity_main);

    final TwitterThread twitterThread = new TwitterThread();
    twitterThread.setName("TwitterThread");
    twitterThread.start();

    button = (Button) findViewById(R.id.update_button);
    button.setOnClickListener(new View.OnClickListener() {
      @Override
      public void onClick(View v){
            Message message = Message.obtain();
        message.obj = "Message";
        twitterThread.mHandler.sendMessage(message);
      }
    });
  }

  class TwitterThread extends Thread {

    public TwitterHandler mHandler;
    @Override
    public void run() {
      Looper.prepare();
      mHandler = new TwitterHandler();
      Looper.loop();
    }
  }

  class TwitterHandler extends Handler{

    @Override
    public void handleMessage(Message msg){
      twitterClient.update();
    }
  }
}
