iOS Swift 2.0 Collections and Control Flow Control Flow With Loops Working with Loops

I do not completely get what I'm supposed to do! Please tell me how to complete it and why we have to!

Please tell me how to complete this task and why! I still don't completely get all types of loops so that's why i need a lot of help with them : )

It seems to me that you're doing pretty well so far. Now they set up a sum variable for you already and initialized it to 0. What we want to do is add up all the numbers in that array. And arrays start their numbering at 0 the same as your counter :smiley: You can access an array element by doing arrayName[0]. This would access the first item in an array named "arrayName".

And since the sum is already set up for you, inside your loop you need to add the value at the current index to the sum to create a running total. So something like sum += arrayName[index].

Keep in mind, these are just hints, but I'm hoping you can figure it out from these! Good luck! :sparkles:
