I do not like this instruction for the Soccer League Organiser

Looking at the Soccer League Organiser project in the Android techdegree, I noticed the following instruction:

Teams can have a maximum of 11 players each.

While this works ok in the parameters project, as there are only 33 players in the list, it means that if there were 34 players in the league, then we would have to have 4 teams of about 8-9 players each, which would not fill up a soccer team. Pretty much any league would instead have 2 teams of 11 and 1 team of 12 (so the 3rd team had a sub).

I would much rather have the program dynamically advise the maximum number of players in a team, to give a minimum of 11 and a maximum of between 12 and 15, depending on the number of players in the league. (I say maximum of between 13 and 14, because I suspect that any league that had 121 players would almost always prefer to have 10 teams, with 1-2 subs per team than to have 11 teams with no subs).

I'm on the IOS Techdegree so the instructions may differ.
