I do not understand how to do this.

I do not understand the question. The question is : "Create a new variable name $isIdentical. Compare the variable $a as identical (equal AND of the same type) as the string "5" and assign the results to $isIdentical."

So you don't need the "$isBoolean" variable. Here you are only going to do one operation:

$x = ($varToCompare [comparison operator] "5")

p.s. they said the string of 5, not number 5.

Hey, I stil don't know how to do it. I tried this: <?php $a = 5; //Place your code below this comment

$isIdentical = "5"; $isBoolean = var_dump($isIdentical === $isBoolean); echo $isBoolean; ?>

and the preview says that it is right but the correction said that it is false.
