HelloWorld.java 
public class HelloWorld extends HelloWorld {
  private String programmingLanguage;

  public HelloWorld() {
    programmingLanguage = "Java";
  }

 public void sayHelloTo(String name) {
 System.out.printf("Hello, %s%n!"+ name);  
  }
}
HolaWorld.java 
public class HolaWorld extends HelloWorld {
  @Override
  public void sayHelloTo() {
    String name = "";
    System.out.printf("Hola, %s%n!", name);
  }
}

You just need to make the method call in HolaWorld match the method in HelloWorld. As it stands, the sayHelloTo method in HelloWorld requires a string parameter but the method in HolaWorld does not. Try adding that string parameter in HolaWorld.

you could try

   @Override
   public void sayHelloTo(String name){
       .......
   }

Because Override method must same parent
