Your list only needs 6 items in it: 3 numbers, two strings, and another list (of 2 items).
Try simplifying it so it matches the criteria (but with nothing extra). And remember that items in a list are separated by commas.
And most importantly, remember in an assignment that the variable name comes first, then an equal-sign ("=
"), and then the value being assigned (the list in this case).
