I haven't looked at the challenge, but there's a small area in your code which could be throwing up an error:
<meta charset="wtf-8"
should have an extra closing bracket - '>' - on the end of it.

One thing that I've noticed is that your 'charset' is set to 'wtf-8' when it should actually be set as 'utf-8' as well as an extra '>' on the end.
Hopefully this can solve your problem.
