I don't know what I'm missing

String response; boolean isUnderstand; do { response = console.readLine("Do you understand while loops?" ); isUnderstand = true; if (isUnderstand) { console.printf("I'm glad you understand"); } } while (isUnderstand);

I've tried several different versions of this, but I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I'm trying to make it as simple as possible.

Example.java
// I have initialized a java.io.Console for you. It is in a variable named console.

String response;
boolean isUnderstand;
do {
        response = console.readLine("Do you understand while loops?"  );
    isUnderstand = true;
  if (isUnderstand) {
    console.printf("I'm glad you understand");
  }
} while (isUnderstand);

Hello, Remember that you want to change the value of the boolean ONLY IF the response isn't "no". Take a look at the code below and let me know if you have any further questions.

String response = "";
boolean tester = true;
do{
response = console.readLine("Do you understand do while loops?");
  if (response != "No"){
        tester = false;
  }

} while (tester);

console.printf("Because you said %s, you passed the test", response);
