Im not sure about this question, from the short video i still dont understand where to begin

231,269 PointsI see you started a loop to iterate through the dictionaries, so far so good. Here's a few hints for the rest:
- you'll need a new list to create the return in
- in the loop, use the template with ".format" to create a string
- you can use the unpacking operator to create the arguments for ".format"
- save the string in the new list
- when the loop finishes, return the new list
