I don't understand where anything is supposed to go... we went from "Turn the background from red to blue..." to this..

I think we have to build a fuction... I don't know where we are supposed to put the things at the bottom of the javascript document. We've barely talked about javascript! It would help to do it in the quiz environment to see if we are right. Nothing I do is working.
