I don't understand where I"m supposed to add the video, there's no .add method.

The Course class has a list of videos that you can access using the getVideos() method. All lists of type List have an 'add' method by default, so you can just write:

  public void addForgottenVideo(Course course) {
    // TODO(1): Create a new video called "The Beginning Bits"
    Video vid = new Video("The Beginning bits");
    // TODO(2): Add the newly created video to the course videos as the second video.
    course.getVideos().add(1, vid);
  }

The 1 is the index at which you add the video. You want it to be the second video. The first position in the list is index zero, the second position is index 1.
