I don't understand why not work... help me

var firstName = "Marcos"; var lastName = "Melone"; fullName = firstName + lastName; don't understand why not work...

You need to add a space in between your firstName variable and your lastName variable. So that it is Marcos Melone not MarcosMelone.

I can see a couple of options that will help:

Adding a space after the firstName variable would allow your code to concatenate the way you want it to:

var firstName = "Marcos ";

var lastName = "Melone";

fullName = firstName + lastName;

You could also leave the space out of the firstName, and add in a space as a part of your fullName variable, like this:

fullName = firstName + " " + lastName;
