I have a Mac Pro, and I cannot open the workspaces because of a Pop-up blocker. I disabled the safari blocker already...

Do you have any popup blocking software besides Safari? Also, what version of Safari are you running? You can find out by going to Safari → About Safari in the menu bar.

Do you know if you have any other popup blocking software running? I'm running Safari 7.0.5 and can't reproduce this.
