I have double head titles, why?

I have followed the videos but I have two head titles, Why? Imgur

You are printing this twice.

This is what the tutorial told us to do. My code looks like theirs.

Yeah I am not 100% sure and can't watch it at the moment. However that is the reason it is showing twice.

I did mind my error in the code and all is working well.

your style.css is not properly linked. it should be wp_enqueue_style('main_css' , get_template_directory_uri() . '/style.css');
