I have iphone but could I still be efficient in making Android App?

I have iPhone 5S and Windows7...

If I wanted to follow this track, does it mean that I have to have Android devices?

For the reason may be it is easy to emulate the app on Android devices?

Will I still be able to learn efficiently, although I have iPhone 5S?

I think you will be fine following this track, since you can use an emulator on your desktop to act as an Android device. This works similarly to an actual Android device. The teacher on the track mostly use the emulator anyway. The Android studio has that emulator. But later you will be introduced to Genymotion which is a faster emulator.
