i tried to get rid off the class for max chars, any one know how to fix it

There's a bracket that shouldn't be there.
public class Tweet {
private String text;
public Tweet(String text) {
this.text = text;
}
public String getText() {
return text;
}
public void setText(String text) {
this.text = text;
}
public static final int MAX_CHARS = 140;
} // <-------------
public int getRemainingCharacterCount() {
return MAX_CHARS - text.length();
}
}
That makes the getRemainingCharacterCount method out of the Tweet class, which kinda makes it invalid. Removing that bracket will fix things.

Create a public method named getRemainingCharacterCount that returns an int representing how many characters they have left before they 140. Base your calculation on the field that stores the current text.
the error i get is
