I have no idea what is wrong with my code...help me!

It says "Make sure you're setting the color to '#ccc'...

What is wrong with my code??

The ';' are not valid after the curly braces } in css, so removing them should work, see below:

/* Complete the challenge by writing CSS below */
img[title="avatar"] {
  border-radius: 50%;
}

Remove the ";" at the end of your img in the css and everything is perfect.
