Could you be more specific? I can't tell what course you're talking about...

Some general suggestions:

  • Re-watch the videos.
  • Read all teacher's notes and additional links there.
  • Check out a more beginner level Java course.
  • Check out some of the Intro to Programming courses - might be in a different language, but would still cover those things.
