I keep getting this IntegrityError

I am been rewatching the videos and adapting the concepts to create the TacoCat app. I keep getting an IntegrityError and it keeps telling me that protein or cheese can;t be NULL, even though I have filled in these items in the form. I am going to try to include my code here. I hope it works. Please let me know if I have not provided enough information.

In your create_taco(), function you call models.Taco.create without providing a value for

protein, cheese, or shell
