A JSON file doesn't use variables for the data. All of the data is encapsulated in an array that has one or more objects which is just [] with comma separated {} in between the brackets. You don't use quotes for any of the outside {} or [] and you also don't need any +. You only need quotes for keys and values and you only need commas when separating objects {} or separating key value pairs.
In the example below (which is the code from Task 4 of 4 of this challenge), the "title" and "artist" are keys and "I Will Wait" and "Mumford & Sons" are values. The values you can change to whatever you wish for this challenge, but the keys must remain the same.

{
"title" : "I Will Wait",
"artist" : "Mumford & Sons"
}
