I switched to a Windows 7 machine using internet explorer. On course videos I see no video - only audio. help?

help me to figure out how to see video on the course videos - I'm only getting the audio.

You might want to try using another browser. I found that Firefox and Chrome work great.

I'm not on win7 I'm on win8.1 on my surface.

Every time I start a video it starts with the first picture of the deep dive then goes grey while the sound continues to play.

I have to either pause and unpause which forces a refresh and then it's fine, so I suggest doing that. If it doesn't auto reset for you like it does for me then I would say just hit f5 to manually refresh it.

Try clicking the speaker icon or go on preferences and select sound and turn it up! I hope this helps, happy coding!
