C# C# Objects Inheritance Throwing Exceptions

I tried all the combinations

I am throwing the exceptions, any idea what I am getting wrong here.. Its seems very silly, but damn this compiler.

Program.cs
try
{
int value = int.Parse(Console.ReadLine());

Console.WriteLine(string.Format("You entered {0}",value));
 if (value<0 || value>20)
{
    throw new System.Exception();
}
}
catch (System.Exception)
{
    Console.WriteLine ("The value is out of range");
}

:point_right: You got a bit too fancy here.

The challenge only wanted you to throw an exception if the value is out of range. It didn't ask you to test anything with a try, or to catch the exception!

Trim down your additions to just the test ("if") and the throw and you should pass easily.
