You can do it like this

if time in store_hours:
    store_open = True
else:
    store_open = False

So let me explain

you take time and check if it is in store_hours. If it is you change store_opent to true if it isn't you change it to False

Here's a few hints:

  • your indentation is off (else must line up with if)
  • the else should be followed by a colon (":")
  • the test should set store_open to either True or False
  • in one case you make no assignment at all
  • in the other case you set store_hours instead (and to None instead of False)
