I want to check visitor's email on my Email Account but PHPmailer doesn't work

Hello There! I need help from you guys.I want to get Email on my Email account from visitors.But my codes have some errors.What's the wrong with my PHP script? I have two screenshots of my scripts.Here are the links https://postimg.org/image/ij56rqknr/ https://postimg.org/image/62zsdeiwd/

Please help me to find out the solution.

Hi Asad, I think in future videos Alena will show us how to fix it! But for now you can recive email from suggest form to a treehouse@lochalhost! So what you need to do for now is replace your gmail to treehouse@lochalhost, then in this video https://teamtreehouse.com/library/build-a-basic-php-website/adding-a-basic-form/using-the-console-to-check-email you'll see the instructions how to use the console to view forwarded emails!

Thank you for your response! I replaced my gmail id to treehouse@lochalhost but it did not work. It displayed same error. Please help me.
