I'd like to know how many points per day would be a good goal in order to really learn the material?

I'd like to know how many points per day would be a good goal in order to really learn the material. Also, I'd like to know if it's advisable to study two programming languages at the same time.

I'd say about 300-400 points per day would be a great goal. Personally, I do multiple courses at the same time and switch between them. I'm currently doing Javascript, Android Development (Java), and PHP/MySQL. I like to mix things up. You'll find as you learn one language, it makes the next one much easier to learn.

I would recommend to not think about the points. Points shouldn't be your goal although they're hard to ignore and they do provide a sense of accomplishment. For every badge you earn, you should build something completely on your own that is similar but not exactly following along with the lesson. Building a personal portfolio and gaining comprehension lies far ahead of your point total.

i'm not't thinking about the points, i just try to make goals, width the propose to make a good progress. that's for me the important thing, i have a lot of website on my portfolio. but now i'm studying for a real job. so is interesting for me to know how other people is making their own progress. Thanks fro the advice!

I think writing down notes throughout the videos really helps the material stick better, I'd get comfortable with the basics first and slowly move onto other languages.
