if / else objective

I was able to get the objective of printing if statement, but I am unable to get the step correct for the else process. This is what I have so far string language = Console.ReadLine();

if (language == "C#") { System.Console.WriteLine("C# Rocks!"); } else { Console.WriteLine(language + "is not C#."); }

It seems like I am almost there, but when I try to compile this, it comes back as I am unable to print what the user intends on writing. When you type bogus for language, it simply prints python or something else.

Your code looks great. You only forget the space between language and "is"

string language = Console.ReadLine();

if (language == "C#")
{
  System.Console.WriteLine("C# Rocks!");
}else {
    Console.WriteLine(language + " is not C#.");
}
