If I want "My {} is {}".format("name", "Kenneth") and "my {} is {}".format("age", "21") ? can i able to do this.

Means I want to use {} 4 time in sentence and print value.

Sure, just put all the placeholders in one string and give "format" all four values:

 "My {} is {} and my {} is {}".format("name", "Kenneth", "age", "21")
