I'm getting the wrong answer of "52820"...

Problem. I deleted the data to be pasted to the "=count" portion in B1, and keep getting "52820". I passed it the column of official time, similar to how it was passed to determine the min in the beginning. What am I missing? What am I doing wrong?

I got 52820, he somehow got half of this number. There are 52820 finishers in the csv file tho, so I think this number is correct.
