Hi Ijac,

I see that your using double quote wrong. I sugget use a single quote instead for your javascript strings.

alert('The string\"' + completeName + '\" is '+ characterCount + 'Characters long.' );

Also, your completeName.lenght is missed spell.

var firstName = prompt("What is your first name?");
var lastName = prompt("What is your last name?");
var completeName = firstName.toUpperCase() + ' ' + lastName.toUpperCase() ;
var characterCount = completeName.length ;
alert('The string ' + completeName + ' is '+ characterCount + ' Characters long.' );

Hope this help!

Cheers! Owa
