im stuck

i can't get past this task. i don't understand tuples properly. I've watched the video countless amount of times and still don't seem to understand. please help

tuples.swift 
func greeting(person: String) -> String {
    let language = "English"
    let greeting = "Hello \(person)"

    return greeting
}
