You want an integer when you call the function, not a variable.
e.g.
function random_age(age) {
Math.floor(Math.random(age) * age);
}
random_age(42);

23,118 PointsSeth is correct, remember, parameters are used much like an empty variables, they are place holders for arguments. Arguments are values you want expressed in the function call.
