First u need to use "switch" statement on the key

(Keys is : "BEL", "LIE", "BGR", "USA")

(Value is: "Brussels", "Vaduz", "Sofia")

switch key {

}

then u need to append the value to the europeanCapitals for cases where the key is a European Country ("BEL", "LIE", "BGR"). You can use ".append(value)"

switch key {
               case "BEL", "LIE", "BGR" : europeanCapitals.append(value)
}

same task for Asian countries ("VNM", "IND") and u need to add "default" case for other countries

switch key {
               case "BEL", "LIE", "BGR" : europeanCapitals.append(value)
               case "VNM", "IND" : asianCapitals.append(value)
       default: otherCapitals.append(value)
}
