images not resizing

so ...after following the lesson step by step..i have written my code and i see that the images are not automatically resizing just as presented. I have used another set of images which are not all equal in size as in the tutorial. If in #gallery li{ i change width from 45% to a lesser value...i get 3 rows instead of two but still no resizing of the images. Any help would be appreciated.

Hey dude,

Your gallery img has two colons (::) on its max-width property, making that particular statement invalid. Remember, using % values will make it a percentage of whatever the parent's property is.

Hope this helps!
