ImageView stuck in middle of screen

I seriously do not understand this at all. It's making me angry. I put in the ImageView, EXACTLY as the video shows too, and when i specify the src, the picture is stuck exactly in the middle of the screen. Removing the relative layout padding does absolutly nothing, and all of the properties seem to be exactly the same as the video shows. I seriously dont understand this.

Could you post the xml file for your layout? This would help in troubleshooting the issue.

This happened to me too. The solution is to select the scaleType as fitXY and select the check box for adjustViewBounds. The image will adjust itself to the top of the emulator.

Happy coding!

thanks man!
