4,446 PointsIn the code provided, there are two if statements. The second if statement displays a message IF the user role is not eq
<?php //Available roles: admin, editor, author, subscriber if (!isset($role)) { $role = 'subscriber'; }
//change to switch statement /if ($role != 'admin') { echo "You do not have access to this page. Please contact your administrator."; }/
switch($role){ case "admin": echo "As an admin, you can add, edit, or delete any post."; break; default: echo "You do not have access to this page. Please contact your administrator."; break;
}
?>
What's wrong with my code?

Could you provide a link to the problem you're working on so the community can help you figure out the answer?
Cheers!

54,900 PointsThis is a tough one. Your code passes when I test it. There is one possible problem: did you comment out the if statement and keep it in the code window?
If you do have an extra comment, delete the comment and keep the switch statement like you wrote. It should pass then. Let me know :)
Cheers!
